Border City Co-operative Homes is a diverse & friendly not-for-profit co-operative housing community located in East Windsor, Ontario.
Our co-operative housing community consists of 70 2-and 3-bedroom townhouses surrounding the common room where the housing office is located.
Members of the community have access to lawn equipment, a basketball court, and the beautiful Ganatchio Trail.
We are a short distance from some of Windsor's best restaurant, on a bus route, and is also just a 5-minute walk from Lake St. Clair and Sandpoint Beach!
